Our Mission
Drive Personnel offer a true 24/7 recruitment agency service – always manned by members of a local office who know their staff and how to respond to customers’ requirements (no call centres). Day or night, temporary or permanent, multi-drop or long distance, Drive Personnel have the experience and dedication required to deliver results.

Drive Personnel specialise in dealing with the transport and logistics industry and using our many years experience we have the knowledge and understanding required to find you your ideal job. We are always looking for staff with any of the following skills/experience: C+E (Class 1), C (Class 2), C1 (7.5t), B (Van), Fork Lift Truck, ADR (Hazardous Goods), HIAB (lorry loader), Porters (Drivers mate), Transport Office/Management.

We are ideally positioned to service customers in Hampshire, Dorset and West Sussex with a pool of staff that can be called upon to fill temporary or permanent vacancies. We go to great lengths to ensure that any member of staff we supply not only meets but preferably exceeds our customers expectations.
