Meet The Team
Chris Bryant
Managing Director
Chris acquired Drive Personnel in 2015 with over 37 years of experience in the driver recruitment and logistics sector.
Sponsoring grassroots organisations in his local community and bringing Drive Personnel to the forefront of the driver recruitment industry has been one of his biggest successes.
Chris is a passionate Saints fan and enjoys spending time with his family at their favourite holiday spot in Ibiza.
Laraine Bryant
Operations Director
Laraine has been in the recruitment industry for over 30 years and brings a wealth of experience across a wide range of recruitment sectors. She has also undertaken a wide range of voluntary work, including working within a cancer hospice and with elderly people in the local community.
In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, spending time with friends and family, and not forgetting her love of food and cooking.
Ian Goodwin
Finance Manager
Ian is the money man that looks after the pennies and keeps us in check! Ian has worked in finance and recruitment for 25 years, and what he doesn’t know about pay and charge rates isn’t worth knowing. When he isn’t looking after our accounts, Ian enjoys spending time with his family and holidays in the Greek Islands
Alison Wyatt
Consultant
Alison lives and breathes recruitment and often has to be told to go home! Alison looks after our existing driver workforce and our new national contract. She ensures that bookings are filled and that drivers and customers are happy. In her spare time, Alison is a confessed music lover and loves nothing more than live music in a pub.
