Drive Personnel was proud to once again sponsor this year’s Light Up a Life service, hosted by Mountbatten Hampshire, a vital local hospice, on Sunday 8th December.

Light Up a Life provides an opportunity for the Hampshire community to come together and reflect on cherished memories of loved ones who are no longer with us. The event featured the symbolic lighting of candles, the illumination of the Mountbatten Christmas tree, and heartfelt moments of remembrance. Festive music and dedicated readings added to the warmth and spirit of the evening, making it a truly touching occasion.

Mountbatten Hampshire holds a special place in our hearts, especially for our Managing Director, Chris Bryant, who has a personal connection to the hospice. Their work providing compassionate end-of-life care has touched the lives of many within our team and the wider community.

A Remarkable Outcome
Thanks to the incredible generosity of attendees and supporters, this year’s Light Up a Life has already raised over £13,500, with donations still coming in. Drive Personnel is honored to have played a part in supporting this important event, which not only helps the hospice continue its critical work but also provides a space for healing and remembrance.
